Apr 8, 2012 - I never heard that. I don't see why it would be a problem to work opposing muscles in the same workout.

Apr 5, 2012 - Hi, routine/muscle group splits should be shuffled around to keep your workouts fresh, keep your body adapting and prevent boredom. Separating back and bi for example could allow for a more intense bi workout, especially if you're lifting heavy on the back exercises. Personal preference and finding what works for you is key.

Mar 25, 2012 - is it more advantageous to use a 7-foot bar for this exercise,as opposed to a 5-foot or 6-foot bar? is any of these length's of bar more advantageous for barbell curls?
SEANarscott Says:
Mar 21, 2012 - Pretty sure you mean physique..
TheIndianKashmiri Says:
Mar 12, 2012 - For all the beginners out there, DO NOT go heavy on straight bar curls. A forearm splint can hurt your training days. Just stick with the dumbells cos they provide the natural wrist positions. I had to learn it the hard way.

Mar 4, 2012 - Im confused can someone help me here , I thought you weren't meant to work antagonistic muscle groups together in the same workout , e.g do the bicep and tricep I thought you were meant to seperate it out like do chest, tricep and shoulders one day and then bicep and back the other day

Feb 22, 2012 - Rightly said. As you know, it`s easier for people to try to drag others down, than to lift up to their level by themselves:) First try to train hard like him, than have the sharp tongue to say;)
