Apr 26, 2012 - But Jenny McCarthy says....! But Big Pharma is killing us...! But the CIA/NWO/Illuminati/Jews/Freemasons/Rothchilds/Club of Rome are... blah blah blah! My source is a website and a youtube channel that references another website and another YT channel! Wake up, sheeple! I am here to enlighten you, to make you see what only *I* see! (cough cough)

Apr 26, 2012 - Only hypocritical irrational illogical retards object to invitro meat but say nothing against or actively support breeding, confining, hence torturing, and then murdering ten billion fully sentient animals each year, just because these retards don't want to go vegan.

Feb 23, 2012 - I think those cell can by division turn into cancer and grow effectively fast . Eat some tumor folks : D I think I am going to turn vegan when the time comes.

Sincrol Says:

Feb 20, 2012 - :o! so, all that "nutricious soup" is not going to affect the environment at a larger scale production?

pooscifer Says:

Nov 17, 2011 - @shreddernuo Sorry, dudepal187 makes a more compelling argument.

mphello Says:

Aug 23, 2011 - Outlaw factory farming NOW! Outlaw breeding animals for food NOW! Invitro meat all the way!

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 7, 2011 - @shreddernuo A lot of pseudoscience and misinformation exists, but thats not science. Vaccines save lives and have no correlation to any negative health effects, the mercury is a preservative and more of it exists in fish. Cancer is a problem, but most forms can be prevented by diet and lifestyle choices. It can also be stopped fairly easily if detected early on. This was all found with scientific research. We do need to be very careful. Fears and wrong ideas are what sets humanity backwards.

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 6, 2011 - @shreddernuo I really do understand your view on science, I was there a couple years ago. I bought into ideas of vaccines causing autism (total BS), capitalism making everyone greedy (arrogant assumption), and looked to pseudoscientific as well as idealistic solutions to it all. Its a bunch of crap in the end and I learned that by taking a hard look at the facts, reality. If we stopped scientific and technological progress, every problem we face today would very quickly destroy us.

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 6, 2011 - @shreddernuo Without science, those elders you talked to most likely would have died before they had a chance to tell you stories. ADHD is a real disorder. I am no expert on diagnosing it, however, and it may be abused, but the truth of that can be discovered with SCIENCE. Not anecdotes that make everything look evil. Try researching a bit, the internet is a fantastic source if you know how to use it. If you really think science does no good, then your idea of truth is backwards and destructive.

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 5, 2011 - @shreddernuo You're really underestimating humanity. Governments are made of people who have fears, desires, insecurities, hopes, and love just like you. To write them off as greedy and cruel is arrogant. You're not some virtuous saint being oppressed by tyrants, hemp oil is not a miracle cure, and you have serious problems if thats what you think of old people. Science, trade, and ingenuity gave and continues to give you more free time and a better quality life. So what makes science so wrong?

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 2, 2011 - @shreddernuo Is that why the average life-expectancy for the world has gone nothing but up during your and your grandparents entire lifetime? It was because of vaccines and medicine that we were able to overcome things like small pox without having a huge setback like we did with the plague. Science, technology, and medicine allows you to write your comment, allows you to have the knowledge this video offers, and has made life better for everyone. Or would you rather return to the dark ages?

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 2, 2011 - Anyway, this idea of test-tube meat is revolutionary. Once the price of growing meat like this drops in the next decade or so it will make living standards go up for everyone. That means a significant portion of the 1 billion starving people in the world will be fed and be on their away to successful and comfortable lives. The meat won't have disease and can be engineered to be very healthy. This is a step toward sustainable living for all. But why would God want that?

dudepal187 Says:

Jul 2, 2011 - There is so much wrong with what you're saying that I don't know where to begin. Evolution has not stopped for humans, or any species, and we did not evolve directly from Chimps. We evolved from a common ancestor and because of different selection pressures, we ended up with about 14 different species of the genus "homo" as well as countless other primates. Please learn about evolution before you say things that have nothing to do with the hard work and research done by scientists.

rbghomes Says:

Jul 1, 2011 - @S3b5Tube have you ever read the entire Bible? IF so have you reserched archelogical data from time periods mentioned in the Bible to see if there is corresponding affirmation? Can any man explain and duplicate the formation of bones in a womans womb? Or if evolution is the cause of men's current state why did it stop? how come we cant go to the ape exhibit @ the zoo & view ape's declaring " I'm man now, let me out " ??????

S3b5Tube Says:

Jul 1, 2011 - I think if god really did exist, he would not approve of cruel factory farming practises. But hey, in reality the bible is full of BS and corporate greed is the only truly omnipotent prescence in our world. If we can steer that shit into causing overall less pain and suffering... we are onto a good thing :)

rbghomes Says:

Jun 30, 2011 - Foul!!! No!! I repeat No!! man is more efficient than GOD!!! what GOD has created for man's consumption ie "Clean animals" is complete and perfect for that purpose to his physical benifit. We don't start haveing problems with GOD's perfect system for mans nurishment, till men start messin with it beliveing they can make it better. Cows dont eat corn they eat grass nor do they eat other cows(MAD COW disease) thats mans doing

Gjon777 Says:

May 18, 2011 - We don't have "many years". In 40 years, we will have absolutely no edible fish left in the ocean - and this imbalanced ecosystem means all marine life is in jeopardy. Yes, animal agriculture (and blind consumerism) is responsible for this. For information about how animal products are unhealthy to the human body, read: The China Study - This is merely how we process the animal products. Now, consider the fact that meat is treated with carbon monoxide and how dairy contains casein.

zero13o Says:

May 18, 2011 - tell that to people who experiencing famine right now and are starving how would go about helping them in this case? In-Vitro meat could help but more research and development is required to make this more larger scale. anyways its not a technological issue its more a philosophical issue that were dealing with now; whether it good or bad to do this type of food production.

zero13o Says:

May 18, 2011 - And how is meat unhealthy? I can agree with you on two points, one will be that industrial farming does pollute and two we need to conserve water. Now in Vitro meat could be used for both undeveloped and developed countries for a more cleaner environment however more research still needs to be done. Now I cannot agree with you to the point this not applicable since this is new and many more years of research and development still needs to done to make this perfect.

dIIlIIb Says:

May 14, 2011 - It is a shame people just won't go vegan. Meat is, quite simply, unhealthy. This method is, quite simply, inapplicable. Educate the public about how unhealthy animal products are. How environmentally damaging they are. How cruel the industry is to the animals used for food sources. And how there really is no way to have sanitary, sustainable animal farming. Feed the world with the crops used to feed livestock. Conserve our water. Stop trying to appease the ignorant by pocketing their cash.

Xadreos Says:

May 13, 2011 - As a vegetarian, I love this idea. Most vegetarians won't stop being vegetarians, but for those who eat meat and can't live without it I see this as a way of meeting their need without causing death. Not to mention cultured meat seems healthier than non-cultured, because you can prevent pathogens from contaminating it and causing disease.

Rao665 Says:

Mar 11, 2011 - trolling? Your sitting here worrying about fake meat. that we don't even know how our bodies respond to. And again, as with every new technological development, we look at it in good terms and assume it will be happy and beautifull for years to come. years later we regret some of it. of course its general. its a damn fact.
