Kids are naturally violent until they learn why not to be (watch a 2 year old long enough, and you'll see them hit their siblings/parents/friends). This child committed a similar act of violence inside the video game where such acts are harmless, and saw an immediate punishment from it, which taught her that violence is not always the best solution, or as she put it, "People don't like to be sworded." I think she may carry that lesson to real life.
