YFD fireman Rich Russo lied to the grand jury when stating James Ludt was blocking an entrance to his property. Watch as this video shows the fireman were already at the fire and did NOT have jump a fence nor did they have to chop threw a section of fence to gain access to put the ARSON fire out. Alvin Ware is Youngstown's Arson investigator and did NOT investigate the arson at James Ludt's property located at 1422 Midlothian Youngstown Ohio. You can google this property and see for yourself, the property is NOT fenced in.The prosecutors claim is NOT clear what Ludt did wrong as, their claims of his wrong doing seem to change daily. The lies continue as NOW Nagey-Baker court reporter claims she can't hear the words Batalion 1 to Batalion 2 on track 15. The prosecutors are claiming they Don't know who yelled and threatened physical harm to a car on his property.
