May 9, 2012 - This ought to be the theme song for Occupy Wallstreet and all the good folks who work hard with less and less to show for it while the corporate rat bastards keep getting richer and richer off the sweat of our backs!

Apr 24, 2012 - Great tune & lyrics. One of the few simple songs of true 'depth' of it's time. And maybe of our time now too. Unfortunately, most still don't 'get it'. Oh well...Can't fix stupid. Thanks for posting!

Apr 15, 2012 - Why couldn't the drummer have his actual toms out there in front of the ice cream store instead of freaking timpanis? Clearly that's not a timpani being played in the song, did they just figure most people watching wouldn't know one way or the other? :p

Apr 11, 2012 - I was 19 when this song came out, I worked at a hospital as a pee on orderly with nothing but professionals......educated, skilled doctors and nurses....those were the two worst years of my life. Most acted like a was an insect that needed to be squashed, many didn`t say hello when I did. Some of the RN`s were downright hostile. I`m happy to say that I am where I should be in life and I want to make the world a better place..love is scarce. Smile to people you see. it makes a world of difference

Apr 10, 2012 - Garry Frost wrote the song when he was working with autistic children in his day job. He had gone out to get lunch at his local shop in the Sydney suburb of Annadale and saw a small boy not being noticed waiting at the counter. He was sufficientlly moved by the vison to write the song. This song means alot to me because I am autistic I have aspergers syndrome which is a mild form of autism please don't make fun of me.

Mar 30, 2012 - I love helping my Mom, let me say that up front. There are times though that I'm screaming this inside. Most often it happens when my family tries to tell me "how easy I have it" when I put my life on the backburner by choice to help Mom out.
