The BPM is way different, the bass is fingered while The Grateful Dead use a picked, the melody is completely different, and the drums have multiple layers of reverb. Reverb was essentially nonexistent when American Beauty was recorded (which is an incredible album, by the way). So please elaborate as to how exactly this sounds like Friend Of The Devil, I'm quite curious.
