Sep 3, 2011 - When they announced that he was to be the new host, it surprised me. I was utterly convinced they were going to pick Emma Willis, as she's got a bit of the Davina about her. But with hindsight, it was a good call. If they'd tried to clone Davina it would have made the show look like a poorer version of the C4 original. Brian has had a mixed reception so far, but I think he's really good. His interviews are better and he doesn't fluff his lines as much. Maybe needs to loosen up just a tad though.
