May 25, 2012 - Just visit or watch a Jamiroquai-concert and you'll know what I mean by that ;) I mean music where you can actually hear the real sound of a groovy bass-guitar, funky keyboards, some horns, ... For me this can be bands but also dj's like Daft Punk or Duck Sauce. But most electro-music these days just sounds so sterile and monotone. And everyone just dances the same way boring way on it.

May 25, 2012 - some examples of "real grooves"?

May 23, 2012 - Personal preference I'd think, I like both versions. But I would rather listen the Flux version

May 19, 2012 - Well, that's the problem. Real music (by actual musicians) doesn't get played anymore in clubs or radiostations. It's all about electro/techno-shit these days, and it's only getting more and more commercial. I don't hate dubstep, I just hate the fact you don't hear "real" popular music anymore. When I go out, I want to dance on real grooves and beats, and not that sterile electronic music all the time.
codizzle3000 Says:
May 18, 2012 - well we haven't exactly seen how far dub step can go yet. I'm interested, because i like it. it sounds cool. and jamariquai is awesome too. good sounds are good sounds no matter if it's a fad or a classic. if it's good it's good man. just relax and listen.

AZZARITI4 Says:
May 10, 2012 - The funny thing is that dubstep is just a stupid teenage-hype for a couple of months, just like any other cheap music style. Next year there will be another new hype like it and dubstep will be forgotten. The music of Jamiroquai, on the other hand, is still very popular worldwide even after twenty years. They still have sold-out concerts over the entire world. That's how you recognise good music: it always remains popular.
