May 2, 2012 - This is not true. Go with what you believe but cancer cells are in away highly developed/evolved cells. Fruits and veggies won't cure cancer. MANY people die from having this believe and attempted to cure their cancer by diet and exercise. Eating healthy cannot prevent DNA damage or fix it. There are studies that do show that eating vegan is more damaging and people who do eat vegan have more health problems when they age. FYI I am a vegetarian and scientist.
